• It features a sturdy Fangtong welding platform with a thickened steel plate that easily supports loads of 300-500 kg. The X, Y, and Z axes utilize high-precision silent lead screw modules and a dual gantry drive for high motion accuracy. A standard rangefinder sensor with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm easily resolves the issue of inconsistent weld heights caused by uneven battery stack height.
• It utilizes an industrial motherboard and industrial control computer for stable performance and long-term operation. The easy-to-learn welding software makes it easy to learn how to weld connectors, studs, nickel sheets, copper sheets, aluminum sheets, and copper-aluminum composite sheets.
